DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER

In connection with, and as a condition of, the undersigned’s attendance at the Virtual Freedom Trader Strategies Seminar (the “Seminar”), the undersigned confirms, acknowledges and agrees as follows:

1. Success Resources UK Ltd, Success Resources Malaysia Group Sdn. Bhd., Success Resources Singapore Pte. Ltd.,
and/or its Related Entities (“collectively “SR”) is a sublicensee licensed by a sublicensor to use the course content and material of
Virtual Freedom Trader Strategies and other course content and material by Harv Eker and/or his related entities (collectively
“Licensor”) who and which are not parties to any transaction between Investment Mastery Trading Ltd. (forthwith known as
Presenter(s)), SRUK and any of their customers, clients, vendors or other persons.

2. The Seminar is purely an educational seminar organised by SR. It is not intended as a forum for the promotion of any
particular products or investments and neither Licensor or SR or Presenter nor any of their officers, directors, employees or
representatives, in any way recommends or endorses any product, investment or business opportunity which may be discussed at
the Seminar.

3. Any investment or purchase decisions of the undersigned are theirs alone and such decisions would in no way be influenced
by any prior relationship or dealings with Licensor or SR or Presenter or any of their officers, directors, employees or representatives.

4. The education and information given at the Seminar is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor
should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. It should not be assumed that the methods, techniques, or
indicators presented in the Seminar will be profitable or that they will not result in losses. There is no assurance that the strategies
and methods presented will be successful for you. You should not trade with money that you cannot afford to lose. Examples
presented pertaining to any products or services during the Seminar are for educational purposes only. You agree to hold Licensor,
SR and SR’s Presenters or team completely free from any liability resulting from your attempts to use the strategies that are presented.
The use of all concepts, techniques and tools presented in the Seminar should be based on your own due diligence when it comes
to making business or investment decisions, verified and supported by guidance obtained separately from your business or
investment advisory professionals, which we are not. You hereby agree to consult a licensed business or investment advisor, attorney,
accountant, financial professional or any other investment advisor, which we are not, to discuss any opportunities or prior to making
any decision which will affect your financial standing or business. SR, its Presenters or their team, officers, directors, employees or
representatives are not licensed investment or financial advisors, nor are they acting as or purporting to act as or holding ourselves
out to be investment or financial advisors.

5. While the parties putting up presentations (the “Presenter(s)”) at the Seminar are participating with the consent of SR, SR
assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of any information provided at the Seminar by the Presenters. Any
and all earnings, statements and/or examples are best-case estimates of what highly motivated, exceptional individuals have
achieved. Your results will vary based on your expertise, experience and work that you put in to derive the passive investment income
or gains. The testimonials and examples provided are exceptional results and do not apply to the average individual, nor are they
intended to imply, represent or guarantee that any individual will achieve similar or better results. There is no assurance that past
earnings or past success can be duplicated in the future, or that you will ever achieve the income levels or gains that other individuals
have achieved.

6. Further, should the undersigned choose to enter into any contractual relationships with any of the Presenters at, or
subsequent to the Seminar, the undersigned does so at their own risk, and acknowledges that Licensor and SR has neither
responsibility for, nor liability with regards to, any contracts or relationships entered into between the undersigned and any third party
Presenters at the Seminar.

7. In consideration for the opportunity to attend the Seminar, the undersigned releases and discharges Licensor, SR, and each
of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives and their respective heirs, successors and assigns from any and
all claims which the undersigned may otherwise have arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Seminar or any
relationships (contractual or otherwise) entered into with any Presenter.

In consideration of my participation in the above mentioned Event presented by Success Resources (“SR”), its Speaker/Trainer and its promoters, I hereby generally release SR and their agents, representatives, employees, promoters, successors, assigns, insurers and affiliated companies for any and all liability whatsoever related to SR’s negligence, negligent conduct or omissions. Including any activity and indemnify each of the aforesaid from any loss or liability arising from any claim arising out of my participation in the event in general and in particular any activity. These releases shall not exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
